- Labne is best described as a thick and creamy, as well as spreadable, yogurt cheese.

- ARTISAN CHEESES FOR THE DELI-PRODUCE DEPARTMENT (posted October 22, 2012)
- Litehouse Foods, long known for salad dressings, now markets hand-crafted cheeses in the retail deli-produce department.
- The program includes artisan blue cheese, gorgonzola and feta, which are available in wedges, wheels, crumbles and a unique center cut of the blue cheese.
